8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure you're fully satisfied. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your knife. Returned knives must be in their original condition and packaging. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll process your refund minus a $25 processing fee.

Our comprehensive 1-Year Warranty covers all manufacturing defects, such as loose or broken handles, blade defects, or unusual corrosion not caused by misuse. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. If you discover any defect within one year of purchase, submit a claim through our Help Center. Approved warranty claims will receive a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
